5 Ways to Vamp Up Your Jin Ramen

Instructions: For a more flavourful dish, marinade 100g of lean chicken meat with 40ml of Ottogi Fold Teriyaki Sauce and add a tbsp. of Ottogi sesame oil. Set aside overnight. Steam the chicken and wait until it is cooked.
Using a pot, cook instant noodles and discard water used for boiling. Add the noodles to the cooked chicken. Put 1 egg yolk on top and garnish with Ottogi Roasted Sesame and Chives

What you’ll need: A pack of Ottogi Jin Ramen (*will also need the seasoning powder), 1 tbsp. of Maeil Red Pepper Paste (Gochujang), diced tofu, and a selection of greens
Instructions: Using a pot, cook instant noodles and add the seasoning packet as instructed in the packaging. Add a table spoon of Maeil Red Pepper Paste to give a thicker broth and then add the diced tofu. Top the noodles with your own selection of greens.
4) Pork Soy Ramen

What you’ll need: A pack of Ottogi Jin Ramen (*will also need the seasoning powder), Vegetable or Peanut Oil for frying the pork, sliced green chilli, Ottogi sesame oil, 1 boiled egg, 100g of chopped pork belly (chopped into bite-sized pieces), 20g of Ottogi Gold Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tbsp. of Maeil Soybean Paste (Doenjang) and Marinade and Golden Mushroom and Greens (optional)
Instructions: Using a pot, put 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil and 20g of Ottogi Gold Teriyaki then panfry 100g of sliced pork belly. Wait until cooked and set aside.
Cook instant noodles and add the seasoning packet as instructed in the packaging. Add 1 tbsp. of Maeil Soybean Paste (Doenjang) and stir well. Top the noodles with the pan-fried teriyaki pork belly, boiled egg, mushroom, and your choice of greens. Garnish with green chili if preferred.
5) Chicken Stir-Fried Noodles
Who wouldn’t want a bowl of Chinese Chicken Stir-Fried Noodles after an exhausting day? Well, you’re in luck because instant noodles can really make one mean stir-fried noodles.
What you’ll need: A pack of Ottogi Jin Ramen (*will also need the seasoning powder and dehydrated vegetables), a tbsp. of Vegetable or Peanut Oil, a small clove of garlic (chopped), sliced bell pepper, Ottogi sesame oil, 100g of chicken tenders (chopped into bite-sized pieces), chopped scallions and coriander.
Instructions: Using a pan, put 1 tbsp. of vegetable or peanut oil and add the chopped clove of garlic. After mixing well, add the packet of seasoning powder and sliced bell pepper. Mix everything together well, add the chicken pieces and add 1 whole egg and keep tossing until cooked. Add the cooked instant noodles and cooked dehydrated vegetables and mix the noodles well. Garnish with some scallions, drizzle with sesame oil, and top coriander.
