Ottogi's Jin Jjajang is inspired by the tradition Korean Dish called Jjajangmyeon. Its noodle is chewy and thicker than any other noodle (3mm thick). If you want to try more premium Jjajang noodle, try Jin Jjajang!
Directions:
1. Boil 550ml of water in a pot. Add dehydrated mix and bring to the boil.
2. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat. Strain noodles and leave 7~8 spoons of water.
4. Add Black bean sauce. Mix well and serve.
