Ottogi's Dried Seaweed is essential to the Korean Dish called Miyeok Guk (seaweed soup). Miyeok Guk is known as nutrient soup. Because of the significant amount of nutrients, Miyeok Guk is served to women who gave birth. With Ottogi's dried seaweed, you can make the perfect hearty Miyeok Guk.
Directions: Add to any clear soup or broth.
Seasoned Seaweed
Ingredients:
· Ottogi Seaweed 10g
· Sliced radish 50g
· Sliced cucumber 30g
· Salt ½tsp (2.5g)
Seasoning
· Minced garlic ½ tsp (3g)
· Ottogi Plum Vinegar 3tsp (9g)
· Sugar 1tsp(3.5g)
· Ottogi Roasted sesame a little
How to cook :
1. Soak 10g of dried seaweed in a big bowl for at least 30 minutes and drain.
2. Chop the radish and cucumber into thin strips and preserve them in salt.
3. Mix all seasoning ingredients together.
4. Put prepared ingredients into a big bowl and mix well with prepared seasoning.
5. Serve and enjoy
