OTTOGI Szechuan-style Jjajang provides a rich and deep taste of Szcehuan cooking with high quality ingredients
Directions:
Ingredients (4-5 Servings)
100g Ottogi Szechuan Style Black Bean Sauce Mix
150g Meat (Beef, Pork, or Chicken)
300g Onions (Medium size x2)
200g Potatoes (Big size x1)
100g Zucchini (Medium size x ½)
70g Carrots (Small size x ½)
1/2Tbsp (6g) Mashed garlic
3Tbsp (45g) Ottogi cooking oil
700g (3 ½ cups) Water
Cooking Directions
1. Chop meat, onions, potatoes, zucchini, and carrot into the cube and stir fry with mashed garlic and oil.
2. Put all stir-fried ingredients and 700g of water in a pot, boil and simmer until cooked.
3. Add Ottogi Black Bean Sauce mix to the pot and stir well with low heat until it becomes thick.
4. Serve over cooked rice or noodle.
