Ottogi 3-Minute Jjajang Sauce (black bean sauce) is a rich, flavorful, and sweet sauce for rice or noodle dishes. Can be added a little bit of red pepper to give spiciness.
Directions:
Cooking Direction with boiling water - 3 minutes
Put the pouch into hot water and leave it for about 3 minutes. To get the hot pouch easily from the boiling water, use a chopstick and insert it through the pouch's hole. Pour the sauce over cooked rice or noodles.
Cooking Direction with microwave oven, 700W - 2 minutes
Pour the sauce over cooked rice and cover with a food-grade plastic wrap. Warm it up in the microwave for 2 minutes. *Please use a microwavable container only.
